Deletion Timeline
Data is permanently deleted within 7 days of request.
How to Request Data Deletion
User can request for their data to be deleted following these steps:
- email: [email protected]
- with subject: Wolo Code - data deletion request
- from your registered email address
Deletion Options
- for whole account deletion - send: "I request you to delete all the data associated with this email id including the account itself."
- for only data deletion - send: "I request you to delete only associated data with this email id, leaving the login account intact."
Cannot Access Registered Email?
If you cannot access your registered email, contact: [email protected] with proof of ownership.
Confirmation: You will receive confirmation of the completion of your request within 7 days.
